Join our team and lead the commercial and marketing execution across two of LARK’s critical sales channels - our domestic distributor (Spirits Platform) and Australia & New Zealand Travel Retail (GTR). This high-impact role is responsible for driving channel growth, delivering brand excellence, and building strategic partnerships that elevate LARK’s position as the leader in new world luxury whisky. You’ll be joining at a pivotal and exciting time for the brand, as we prepare to launch a refreshed portfolio and new brand positioning, setting the stage for the next era of growth. Key Responsibilities: As Sales & Marketing Manager – Domestic Distributor & ANZ GTR, you will lead the end-to-end commercial agenda across two key channels. You will be accountable for sales performance, brand execution, budget management, and fostering long-term, high-value customer relationships. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver against growth targets and elevate the LARK brand across both the domestic and travel retail landscapes. Strategic Leadership: Own and execute sales and marketing strategies, manage P&L; and A&P; budgets, and lead channel planning and forecasting. Channel Management: Build Joint Business Plans with key GTR retailers, manage distributor relationships, and oversee pricing, promotions, and inventory planning. Brand Execution: Deliver premium brand experiences through POS, activations, and training across key airports and retail locations. Insights & Reporting: Analyse performance, track investment efficiency, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Key Skills & Tools: Experienced in leading commercial planning, P&L; management, and S&OP; to drive growth across domestic and travel retail channels. Skilled in executing sales strategies, managing stock and promotions, and building robust customer relationships across key accounts. Proven ability to activate premium brand plans, deliver consistent in-market execution, and support product restages and NPD. Analytical and insight-led, with a focus on performance tracking, investment efficiency, and actionable reporting. Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to be hands on and flexing between strategy and execution What You Bring: Proven commercial acumen across sales, marketing, and finance. Strong relationship-building skills with retail partners and internal teams. Experience in premium brand execution and trade marketing. Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and growth.
