Fuse Recruitment is partnering with a busy logistics and packaging warehouse in Botany, seeking experienced Forklift Operators with Aisle Master or Bendi operating experience for an 8‐week assignment with possibilities of extension and stable weekday hours.

About the Client A major industrial facility in Botany focused on producing cardboard packaging and paper‐based products. The site operates large‐scale machinery, warehousing, and distribution systems supporting high‐volume output.
About the Role Your role will involve both Counterbalance and High Reach forklift duties, operating Aisle Master and Bendi forklifts to navigate narrow aisles, as well as manual handling, pick–packing, and receiving/dispatch duties. You will spend 50 % of your time on the forklift and 50 % off the forklift.
Key Responsibilities
* Loading and unloading trucks, rigids, B‐doubles, and semi‐trailers.
* Receiving and dispatch duties.
* Loading and unloading containers.
* Operating both high‐reach and aisle‐master forklifts.
* Navigating narrow aisles for replenishment, picking and putaways up to six racks high.
* RF scanning, shrink wrapping pallets, unpacking, moving, and replenishing stock.
* Palletising stock and general warehouse duties to support daily operations.
What You'll Need
* Valid LF forklift license.
* Current forklift licence with counterbalance experience.
* Experience loading and unloading trucks, B‐doubles and semi‐trailers.
* High‐reach experience up to six racks high.
* Aisle Master forklift operating experience.
* Replenishment, picking and putaway experience.
* RF scanning experience.
* Experience transporting goods to pick face, racking and staging locations.
* Previous warehouse experience in a logistics environment.
* Willingness to complete manual handling duties.
* Strong safety mindset.
* Able to manage both physical and administrative tasks.
* Reliable, organised, safety‐focused.
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a small team.
