Your new role
As Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and PMO team to support the successful delivery of a significant IT initiative. This role offers variety and requires someone who can adapt quickly and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with PMO reporting, governance documentation, and compliance tracking
- Manage project schedules, meetings, and action registers
- Maintain risk, issue, and decision registers
- Support resource planning and coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Contribute to process maturity uplift
- Handle ad hoc tasks to keep the program moving smoothly
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role within IT or government environments
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel; exposure to MS Project or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A flexible, proactive approach—ready to take on any challenge
- Baseline Security Clearance is essential
