This is a senior recruitment position where you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process from lead generation to candidate placement. The successful candidate will have extensive training and mentorship provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop new business and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Source, screen and present high-quality candidates, negotiate offers and manage placements through to completion
* Achieve personal and team sales targets
