* Lead and developmulti-site, multi-brand teams, embedding a culture of high performance, collaboration, and customer focus.
* Overseeoperations, logistics, and asset management, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across all locations.
* Championcustomer experience, personally managing escalations and promoting continuous improvement.
* Drivebusiness growth and local relationships, implementing strategies to enhance brand presence, market share, and revenue.
* Manage budgets, operational metrics, and financial targets to ensure sustainable regional growth.
