Office National Kalgoorlie is seeking a motivated and people-focused leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store and warehouse.

What you'll be doing
* Leading and supporting a team across our retail store and warehouse operations
* Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
* Managing inventory, purchasing and stock control
* Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Working closely with customers, suppliers and the management team
* Driving operational efficiency, service excellence and business growth
* Creating a positive, high-performing workplace culture
What we're looking for
* Experience leading and motivating a team
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills
* The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
* A customer‐first mindset
* Experience in retail, warehousing, operations, trade, logistics or a similar leadership role
* Confidence using business systems and reporting tools
