As an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing and safety of children while providing high-quality care and education.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership and Management: Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and education to children.
* Safety and Risk Management: Implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times.
* Care Planning: Develop and implement individual care plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.
* Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and cooperation.
Requirements
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care: Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
* Working With Children Check: Possess a current Working With Children Check (Queensland Blue Card).
* First Aid Certifications: Hold current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
* Experience: Have relevant experience working with children in an OSHC setting.
