About you You have previous experience as a commercial Site Manager, successfully delivering projects from commencement to completion – ideally multi-residential projects ($80M - $200M) You build strong relationships with all on-site personnel and create a culture that motivates productivity.
You possess leadership skills that drive programme and bring out the best in your team and sub-contractors.
You are extremely safety and quality aware and ensure the highest safety and quality standards on site for the team and sub-contractors.
You have a commercial view, understand the importance of cost and project requirements and can make informed decisions.
