The role
TRILITY is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Modular Solutions team in Yatala, QLD. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality, process equipment solutions and thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment — this could be your next career move.
As Project Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of modular projects ranging from $20k to over $2M, leading from concept to commissioning. Play a key role in delivering solutions that make a difference in water, wastewater, and industrial treatment sectors.
What will you be doing?
* Deliver multiple projects safely, on time and within budget
* Lead and coordinate project teams across engineering, procurement, and fabrication
* Manage site safety and environmental compliance, fostering a culture of care
* Prepare project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical documentation
* Engage with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
* Support tender preparation and proposal development
* Use systems like SAP, MS Project, and other tools for project tracking and reporting
What we are looking for
The successful applicant will have the following skills and abilities:
* Proven project management experience, ideally in modular construction or process equipment
* Strong capability in health, safety, environmental, and quality management
* Contract administration and commercial awareness
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
* Degree in engineering, project management, or related field – or equivalent hands-on experience (5+ years)
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Project; experience with project/scheduling software
* Background in the water or wastewater sector would be highly regarded
