This hands-on, fast-paced role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, juggling multiple priorities, and delivering exceptional service to athletes and sporting organisations. You'll be at the heart of our operations—coordinating teamwear orders, managing club accounts, supporting our online sales, and maintaining our retail showroom.Key Responsibilities•Manage a portfolio of clubs and teams from enquiry to delivery•Coordinate kit designs, product selections, and submission timelines•Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and club contacts to ensure smooth order progression•Attend club fit-out days to support player sizing and showcase products•Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders•Deliver outstanding customer service in our Norwood showroom•Maintain stock presentation, merchandising, and inventory levels•Assist with regular stocktakes and stock planning•Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders•Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email•Support basic invoicing, order tracking, and Shopify functions•Apply branding to garments using a heat press (training provided)About YouWe’re looking for someone who brings energy, organisation, and a passion for delivering great service.
