Randstad is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced individuals to join our team for upcoming traffic management projects across Northern Tasmania.
We are currently looking for qualified controllers for an immediate start. We are also prepping for a significant increase in traffic management work in the region this summer and beyond, specifically for January 2026 onwards. We are keen to connect with talented and experienced traffic controllers for both immediate and future opportunities. If you have a strong background in traffic management and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates who have a "can-do" attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. As an all-rounder, your expertise will be highly valued in ensuring the smooth and safe flow of traffic on various sites.
Key Requirements
To be a successful candidate, you must have the following accredited qualifications, which are current and not expired:
* RIISS00058 (Traffic Controller Skill Set) AND RIISS00060 (Traffic Management Implementer Skill Set)
* OR
* RIISS00061 (Traffic Management Implementer Skill Set) AND RIISS00059 (Traffic Control Skill Set)
* Construction Induction Card (White Card).
* A valid unrestricted Class C (or above) driver's license. The ability to drive a manual vehicle is an advantage.
* The ability to pass a medical and random drug/alcohol test as required.
* A high regard for safety in all aspects of your work.
* Availability 24/7 for shift work, including nights.
