About the Role

As a Bunnings Complex Manager you will be responsible for the ongoing daily operations, sales, and high-volume stock management within your store. You will report directly to the Regional Manager and lead a team of 120+ staff.

You will be supported by experienced Operations Managers, Department Managers, Supervisors, Team Members, and Forklift Drivers, and will engage with local stores and Trade Centres to contribute to the success of the wider area group.

Your role will help drive the future Bunnings Warehouse in your community by developing local strategies and business plans that support the overall long-term growth of your Warehouse. You will monitor customer service levels, liaise with Commercial Sales teams, Distribution Centres, Fulfilment Centres, and the Bunnings Support Office to manage stock levels, sales capabilities, Health & Safety procedures, and product/service offerings that drive sales and increase customer experience while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

What's Involved
* Build a high-performing leadership team through coaching, clear alignment, and constructive performance conversations.
* Establish a culture of recognition, accountability, and development that drives engagement and retention.
* Take a proactive approach to safety and wellbeing, support injury management, maintain compliance, and provide safety coaching.
* Hold full accountability for warehouse EBIT performance, including sales growth, margin optimisation, wage control, and cost management.
* Identify commercial opportunities and implement actions to drive sales and growth.
* Lead stock loss performance, reduce shrink, deliver accurate stocktakes, and ensure inventory integrity.
* Engage the local community and identify opportunities for community events and projects.
* Work required: minimum 1 in 3 weekend roster and some public holiday work.
Who We're Looking For
* Strong track record leading large, diverse teams of 100+ in fast-paced operations.
* Previous experience leading teams in the retail industry or a large, high-volume customer-focused organisation.
* Ability to build and lead high-performing leadership teams through coaching and accountability.
* Strong commitment to creating a safe & secure warehouse, including compliance, injury management, and safety engagement.
* Demonstrated ability to own business EBIT, deliver sales growth, margin, and cost control.
* Ability to identify and act on opportunities that drive sales and business growth.
* Strong capability in reducing shrink, delivering accurate stocktakes, and maintaining inventory integrity.
* Interest in DIY/Building industry (preferred).
* Age 15 or over (legal requirement).
