Responsibilities

* Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, helping customers with their enquiries.
* Use effective communication skills to build rapport and provide engaging customer experiences.
* Be flexible with hours to ensure we are available when our customers need us.

Qualifications

If you have previous customer service or sales experience, love technology, and are looking to join an industry leader, you could be just the person we are looking for.

* Must be based in Adelaide.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen, empathise, and engage in friendly conversation.
* Strong computer literacy and multitasking abilities.
