Your new role Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Landscaper to join our team and help bring these exciting outdoor spaces to life. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful and rewarding projects while continuing to develop your skills across all areas of landscape construction, including hardscaping, softscaping, and general site work. Your responsibilities will include: Paving, concreting, edging, retaining walls, and softscape works Turf installation and planting Reading and interpreting landscape plans and drawings Safely operating tools and machinery Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver high-quality finishes Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe worksite Contributing ideas and taking pride in the finished product Our projects are primarily located across Melbourne metro area, so flexibility and willingness to travel between sites are essential. No two projects are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and variety in their day-to-day work. About you You take pride in producing quality work, enjoy variety in your work, and want to be part of a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do. To be considered for this role, you will ideally have: Cert III in Landscape Construction or a related qualification (preferred) 3 years’ experience in landscape construction or a similar trade-based role Experience in paving, concreting, turf installation, and general landscape construction Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings Strong attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks Strong teamwork and communication skills A current driver’s licence and reliable transport Willingness to travel to sites across Melbourne’s Northern and Western suburbs Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Bonus points: Excavator or bobcat operating experience What we offer At Excape Group, we invest in our people and provide a supportive environment where you can continue to grow your skills and career.
