As Area Manager, you will oversee the performance and consistency of multiple GROUNDUP studios, supporting Studio Managers and Instructors to deliver exceptional member experiences in line with brand standards.
This role is both strategic and operational, with a focus on service excellence, team development, and studio performance across your region.Rebalance – Area Manager (permanent role)Rebalance studios are entering an exciting period of transformation, with locations transitioning into the globally recognised Club Pilates brand.
During this change, the Area Manager will lead multiple studios through transition while maintaining stability and member satisfaction.
You will oversee Studio Managers and Instructors to deliver on Rebalance's holistic wellness promise today, while guiding the adoption of Club Pilates' formats, equipment, and brand standards.
This role blends strategy and operations, requiring strong leadership to drive performance, team capability, and a seamless member experience.These are hands-on leadership roles for experienced managers with a passion for wellness, people, and performance.
