About the Role
As the face of our practice, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and seamless experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Based primarily at our Rockingham practice (3–4 days per week), this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, especially if you're open to occasionally supporting our Winthrop and Harrisdale locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Scheduling appointments for consultations, treatments, and follow‐ups
* Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
* Managing and updating patient records and treatment histories
* Handling administrative tasks including payments, filing, and insurance claims
* Maintaining a clean and organised reception and waiting area
* Liaising with our other practices to ensure smooth coordination
* Discussing treatment plans and associated costs with patients
* Assisting with social media marketing
* Providing occasional chair‐side or sterilisation support (full training provided)

Required Skills
* Previous dental reception experience is highly regarded (but not essential)

* A positive attitude towards learning recent systems and technologies
Job Type & Hours
Part‐time, 24–32 hours per week.
Location
In person. Based at the Rockingham practice with occasional support required at Winthrop and Harrisdale.
