Lead Field Service Technician
We are seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to join our Services Business in Building Automation team at our site in Wacol, Brisbane, Queensland. Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our products and systems, ensuring their optimal performance and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Service and maintenance of security equipment and third‐party equipment on all designated sites
* Security system installations, calibrations and maintenance including diagnostics and fault repair of electronic security (CCTV, access points, etc.)
* Build strong relationships and maintain trust with clients and customers
* Perform duties outside of normal working hours when required
* Promote zero‐harm health and safety practices
* Manage sites and subcontractors responsibly
Key Experience & Capabilities
* Trade certificate or at least 5 years of relevant experience
* Security experience required; network experience is beneficial
* Analytical and can think outside the box
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Health and safety conscious and knowledgeable
* Self‐motivated and able to work on site with minimal supervision
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast‐paced environment
* Holds full driving licence and willingness to travel
* Ability to obtain security clearance
