The successful candidate will have expertise in handling desktop and network issues, installing and upgrading operating systems, and troubleshooting hardware and software problems. They will also be responsible for maintaining the health of our clients' technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of their systems, and providing top-notch support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing on-site technical support for desktops, servers, networks, and data centers
* Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software

Requirements:
