We are seeking a hands‐on, driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our Restaurant team. With a heavy focus on premium food service and weekend entertainment, we need a positive leader who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and is passionate about elevating the customer experience.
Candidates must have full availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays. Must hold current RSA and RSG certifications; RMLV, Approved Manager's License and First Aid qualifications are highly preferred. Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent requirements
This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

You're a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
