Boral is actively seeking a strategic & people focused Quarry Site Supervisor to oversee our Kalgoorlie Quarry
Reporting to the Regional Quarries Manager, You will play a key role in partnering with our internal stakeholders and the wider community to drive meaningful relationships as well as performing \"hands on\" excavation duties
Boral will fund your SSE WA qualifications to ensure site compliance with all Mines Act & Regulations as well as performing excavation duties
Your day will involve:
* Promoting and enforcing safety and environmental processes and protocols to meet performance outcomes
* Effective management of daily operations, delivering on agreed priorities of cost control and production in line with quality, budgeting and forecasts
* Dockets & stock management
* Ensure site compliance with Mines Act and Regulations 2022
* Ensure site compliance with Boral Policies and procedures
What are we looking for?
* Strong knowledge of the Mining & Quarrying Safety & Health Act & Regs
* Strong knowledge of hard rock quarrying and crushing processes
* Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality
