Community Interlink Community Interlink is looking to engage an experienced Program Manager to help transition our Northern team through the Support at Home Implementation and continue to provide guidance for Support Coordinators in the NDIS. This role has oversight on the Northern teams featuring Wodonga, Cobram, Wangaratta and Benalla.
This position will provide creative ideas, support and guidance to members of the Community Interlink team. The role requires the candidate to have strengths in identifying and maintaining compliance and accountability within a supportive environment that is focused on individual growth and skill attainment. The successful candidate will work within a secure network of leaders who are passionate about maintaining talented and committed staff and ensure high-quality care is accessible to vulnerable community members.
