Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Business Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our vision of delivering the best health and wellbeing for Australians.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting Requirements: Collaborate with operations, application SMEs, and finance teams to draft requirements and user stories.
* Solution Design: Work closely with architecture and delivery teams to design the to-be solution for B2B and potential B2C use cases.
* Workshops and Communication: Facilitate workshops, communicate technical details, and contribute to projects from ideation through to completion.
* Documentation: Lead documentation efforts for use cases, process flows, and specifications using Atlassian tool suite, Visio, and Miro.
* Product Evaluation: Support product selection, assurance, change management, and training activities.
Requirements:
* Healthcare Experience: Essential experience working within the healthcare industry.
* Critical Thinking: Ability to ask the right questions, dig into details, and make broad connections.
* Process Understanding: Strong skills in end-to-end process understanding, process mapping, and identifying value for money.
* Implementation Experience: Experience with timesheeting, billing, and provider management implementations.
* Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with operational processes within the healthcare sector.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to challenge, question, and suggest improvements.
