Job Summary and Scope
The Engineering Manager will oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of engineering operations within an organisation.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Determining engineering strategies, policies and plans
* Interpreting plans, drawings and specifications, and providing advice on engineering methods and procedures to achieve construction and production requirements
* Establishing project schedules and budgets for efficient resource allocation
* Ensuring conformity with specifications and plans, laws, regulations and safety standards
* Monitoring engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness and performance
* Liaising with marketing, research, and manufacturing teams regarding engineering aspects of new construction and product design
* Contributing to research and development projects to drive innovation
