In this full-time role based in Karratha WA ****, you will play a key part in the sales team, providing outstanding customer service and driving sales for the leading car manufacturer.
What you'll be doing
Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Demonstrating vehicles and highlighting key features to potential customers
Processing sales transactions and ensuring a smooth customer experience
Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to advise customers effectively
Contributing to the overall sales targets and growth of the business

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
Excellent product knowledge and the ability to match customer needs to the right vehicle
A driven, target-oriented mindset and the ability to work well in a team
Confidence in demonstrating and test-driving vehicles
A passion for the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
