About the role
We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Multi-Site Manager to lead and inspire our Gold Coast retail network. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to oversee multiple locations, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of performance, development, and empowerment among your teams. You will be responsible for managing people and performance, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand's aesthetic, and analysing business reports to identify opportunities and implement effective strategies for growth. A key focus will be ensuring an elevated and consistent customer experience across all stores, while nurturing talent through strong succession planning and ongoing coaching. As a brand ambassador and regional leader, you will work closely with senior management to communicate insights, deliver results, and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.
