Sayfer Group is a multi‐brand Australian business operating across trade services, health, and technology. We run companies across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, and we're scaling hard.

We're not a typical operator. We build systems, invest in AI, and move faster than businesses many times our size. This role sits at the centre of the engine, and you'll be the one keeping it running.

The Role

You'll lead our administration and operations team. We call our leaders Captains. Captains are on the pitch and in the game leading their team. We're not building a large team; we're building a small, elite one, and you'll be responsible for its output, its standards, and its pace.

The job is simple to describe and hard to execute:

Lead a team that keeps every job, every workflow, and every deadline moving across three states, without anything slipping.

You'll set the standard, coach your people, own the systems, and be accountable for performance. When something breaks, it's yours to fix and then to make sure it never breaks the same way twice.

This is a high‐performance environment. If you thrive on pace, accountability, and building something that doesn't exist yet, you'll love it. If you want a comfortable supervisory role where you push tasks around, this isn't it.

What You'll Actually Do
* Lead, coach, and hold a small team of high performers to a high standard
* Own operational workflows across QLD, NSW, and VIC, and keep them moving under pressure
* Use AI and new scheduling tools to lift the team's capacity, then push it further
* Manage performance directly: set expectations, give feedback, and address issues fast
* Be the escalation point for clients, property managers, suppliers, and field teams
* Spot problems before they become fires, then work with the AI team to record, improve, and automate them
* Build world‐first evolving systems and make sure your team adopts them
* Carry accountability for the team's output to senior leadership

* A leader who runs toward problems, not away from them
* You understand outcomes and purpose, not just tasks, and you make sure your team does too
* You set a high bar and you're comfortable holding people to it, directly and fairly
* Genuinely curious, you ask "why" and "how" before "what do I do?"
* A fast learner who doesn't need to be told twice, and who builds that habit in others
* Detail‐obsessed, accuracy is your default setting and your team's standard
* A confident communicator across phone, email, and systems, and a clear one under pressure
* Tech‐comfortable and excited about AI, not intimidated by it
* You take ownership: problems don't sit, and they don't get passed down
* You're excited about a new world where AI enhances companies and people, and you want to lead a team into it

Our Hiring Process
