Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the last interaction for many prospective customers looking for tech-led solutions. Your hardware and software expertise will showcase the business as an industry leader who truly understands the needs of their customer base. As a dependable and resilient professional, you will take accountability for ensuring that new customers are onboarded correctly and meeting compliance needs, whilst meeting or exceeding your targets month on month and taking advantage of upsell opportunities.
