Sheet Metal Worker
About the Role:
Synergie is seeking experienced and motivated Sheet Metal Workers to join our growing team at our modern Marsden Park facility.
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for fabricating and assembling sheet metal components used in the production of our industry-leading HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools
* Operate CNC machinery and press brakes
* Assemble and join metal parts by welding, riveting, or bolting
* Perform quality checks to ensure finished components meet standards
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
About You:
* Trade qualified (Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication or equivalent)
* Experience in sheet metal fabrication (HVAC or manufacturing experience preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Forklift licence and welding skills are a plus
