Make a difference by providing high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative support to clients, staff, and visitors at the Riverland Community Health Service.
About the Role
As a Business Support Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative services. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing professional assistance, managing enquiries, and maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with SA Health's policies and procedures.
You'll deliver a high standard of administrative support by preparing correspondence, managing office supplies, scheduling car maintenance, and maintaining both medical and corporate files. Your role also includes contributing to continuous quality improvement activities, supporting senior staff when required, and helping to develop and refine administrative systems and processes.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and committed to delivering professional, efficient service in a dynamic healthcare environment.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in providing administrative and clerical support services.
* Developing spreadsheets using the Microsoft Excel application.
