About the Role
This full-time position is responsible for processing and tracking vehicle warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner, as well as maintaining detailed records and documentation related to warranty claims.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and track vehicle warranty claims with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Liaise with customers, dealerships, and manufacturers to coordinate warranty repairs
* Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve the warranty process
* Collaborate with the Automotive Trades team on administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Strong experience in a similar warranty or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues independently
* Proficient in using computer systems and software to manage warranty claims efficiently
* Superb communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
