If you love helping people realise their potential, this role will feel like home. As an Employment Support Consultant, you'll walk alongside clients as they navigate their employment journey—building confidence, breaking down barriers, and celebrating every milestone.
You'll deliver personalised coaching and support clients to believe in themselves and their future.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 career coaching and deliver capacity‐building workshops.
* Watch clients grow in confidence and job readiness.
* Play a key role in turning aspirations into real employment outcomes.
* Enjoy an independent yet supportive team environment.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Experience in case management, career coaching, or employment services.
* Strong interpersonal skills—empathetic, organised, and a confident communicator.
* Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card and National Crimcheck.

Additional Information
This is a full‐time, fixed‐term role until June 2030, based in our Manjimup office. Hours are 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
