**Two Exciting Opportunities Available - Full-time or Part time**
Are you ready to make a significant impact in a vibrant and supportive environment? We are looking for two enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinators to join our People & Culture team. Whether you prefer full time or part-time hours, we offer flexible options to fit your lifestyle!
In this role, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, managing key tasks and systems to ensure smooth and efficient processes. You will handle essential functions such as onboarding, recruitment, and maintaining employee records. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial as you collaborate with the HR Business Partners and other departments. From managing confidential documentation to ensuring legal compliance, your contributions will help keep our team running smoothly.
You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, manage key tasks, and oversee essential HR systems. If you excel in an organised environment and are passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you!

- Holds experience in delivering transactional human resources functions

**You Will Need To**:
- Hold a current or be willing to obtain a General Probity Employment Check
- Hold a current or be willing to obtain a Safe Environments Certificate
- Undergo pre-employment testing as part of the recruitment process
- Hold a current unencumbered Australian Drivers Licence

**ABOUT JUNCTION**:
Junction is a non-denominational social enterprise helping more than 10,000 South Australians each year through a wide range of programs and support. This includes domestic violence and homelessness services; emergency housing; counselling; mentoring; community centres and residential care for children and young people under the Guardianship of the Chief Executive who can't be placed with foster families.
Junction also provides affordable housing for those on low incomes managing around 2,500 properties across the State.
