Role
The Senior Manager – Analytics & Insights leads the data and reporting function, driving a data‐driven culture and enabling teams to unlock the full value of their data across on‐field and off‐field decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and coach a high‐performing analytics team, developing capability in advanced analytics, machine learning, and data visualisation.
* Partner across the business to identify opportunities where analytics unlocks value, influences strategy and creates a competitive edge.
* Deliver timely, accurate and actionable insights by strengthening reporting frameworks and improving how information is shared across stakeholders.
* Champion a data‐driven culture by measuring impact, tracking performance and communicating the value of analytics initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline.
* 8+ years of experience in analytics or a related field, including managing an analytics team.
* Deep expertise in analytics, data visualisation and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
* Strong understanding of advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning, statistical modelling and data mining.
* Proficiency in Python, R or SQL, and experience across complex data environments.
* Proven ability to build, lead and coach high‐performing analytics teams.
* Experience partnering cross‐functionally with business leaders, technology teams and executives.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision‐making at all levels.
