Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Desktop / End User Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
* Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software updates.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
* Support Microsoft Office 365, email clients, and collaboration tools.
* Manage user accounts, access rights, and passwords in Active Directory.
* Provide support for remote users via VPN and remote desktop tools.
* Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary.
* Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Document incidents, resolutions, and user guides in the IT knowledge base.
* Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and rollouts as required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in desktop/end-user support or helpdesk role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
* Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
* Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar).
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
* IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL Foundation.

Pay: $5,000.00 per month
