Personal Care Workers
Domestic Assistance Workers (Cleaning)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication support
* Providing social support and transport to appointments, shopping, and community activities
* Domestic assistance such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Supporting clients with mobility aids and personal equipment
* Assisting clients with complex or challenging care needs
* Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting any changes
* Completing service notes and progress updates after each shift
About You
* Caring, compassionate, and respectful
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Ability to build positive relationships with clients and families
* Comfortable using a smartphone or mobile app for rosters and care notes
Mandatory Requirements
* National Police Check
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
* Smartphone with internet access
Preferred Qualifications
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability Services, or Home & Community Care
