We are offering an excellent opportunity for two motivated Karratha residents to join our Rail Central Administration Team on a 12-month traineeship.
This program combines hands-on experience with completing a Certificate III in Business, setting you up for a successful career.
About the Role Location: 7 Mile, Dampier Contract: ,12-month fixed term Pay Rate: $20 per hour + superannuation Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Study: Paid Cert III in Business through Karratha TAFE Study Time: TAFE Wednesdays + 2-hour online tutorial Mondays Client: Tier 1 Mining Company Key Responsibilities Follow all Health Safety standards and report hazards Manage incoming calls, emails and visitor queries Deliver skilled and friendly customer service Issue gate access cards, Rail Access Keys, IVMS keys and fuel fobs Raise purchase orders and process invoices Manage CRM portal accounts Coordinate catering orders and deliveries Book Rail medical appointments Bulk scan maintenance service requests Process Prescription Safety Glasses orders Assist with Rail events throughout the year Use Sodexo Portal for maintenance notifications Manage stock ordering and unload deliveries About You Completed Year 12 Solid verbal and written communication skills Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Curiosity to learn and share knowledge Safety-first mindset Current WA C Class Driver's Licence What We Offer Paid study and nationally recognised qualification Supportive team environment Valuable hands-on experience Great foundation for your future career Start Date: February Apply now to launch your career in business administration!
