Brief Description
Senior Clinician: Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs (MHAOD) Integration – full time, permanent position available for Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, or Psychologists.
Responsibilities
* Join our supportive multidisciplinary team of experienced mental health clinicians.
* Become a key member of our growing specialty mental health and well‐being teams.
* Work in a dynamic environment with a collaborative team culture.
* Support integrated treatment, care, and support for consumers living with mental ill health and psychological distress, and alcohol or other drug use or dependence, and their caregivers.
Qualifications
* Unencumbered registration with AHPRA for Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Clinical Psychology, or eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Work.
* Registered Nurse holding postgraduate qualifications in mental health or completion of a specialist undergraduate psychiatric program and/or related field.
* At least 5 years of discipline‐specific professional experience as per relevant EBA classification.
* Advanced clinical skills in assessment and treatment of co‐occurring mental illness and substance use disorders.
