Airnorth has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Contact Consultant to join our team. Reporting to the Reservations and Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for arranging reservations and bookings for our valued customers whilst maintaining a high level of excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Processing bookings and issuing tickets to meet customers' requests including corporate clients.
* Providing accurate information on all aspects of reservations to Travel Agents and other industry partners.
* Answering queries and processing bookings generated via our website.
* Ensuring reservations‐related paperwork and queues are actioned accordingly.
* Processing of pre‐paid excess baggage.
* Ensuring passengers are aware of schedule changes and delays.
Skills & Experience
* Excellent time management and communication skills.
* High level of customer service delivery.
* Data entry experience.
* Willingness to work within a team environment.
* Enthusiasm and confidence.
* Experience with Amadeus, fares and ticketing or previous positions within the travel industry will be highly regarded.
