As a renowned industry leader and a proud member of the API Fire and Security group of companies, we leverage our collective expertise and resources to deliver innovative solutions that redefine the boundaries of safety and security.About the RoleReporting to the Regional Sales Manager Qld and based in our Salisbury (Brisbane) office, this role is pivotal to Chubb's ongoing success in the Fire and Safety service/maintenance and installations market across Queensland. You will be out on the road visiting new and existing customers on a regular basis. You will:continue to strengthen partnerships with our existing customers and identify further service improvement and growth opportunitiesidentify new customers through building sustainable relationships with key stakeholdersdevelop and execute targeted strategies aligning to business objectiveswork collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and deliver an exceptional serviceManage client contractual and compliance expectationsEnsure invoicing is completed accurately and within contract timeframes, including the follow up of aged debtorsProvide weekly updates on pipeline reports & forecasting.Focus on target market segments including but not limited to Health, State Government, Ministerial and Parliamentary Services and Corrections.About You:Electronic security industry experience and technical knowledge is preferredExperience managing key accounts from an allied industry such as Fire, HVAC, Building Automation or Commercial Electricalexceptional relationship management and influencing capabilitythe ability to understand customer requirements and create service solutionscommercial acumen with an understanding of pricing and margin and its impact on profitabilityProven track record of managing key accountsConfident to sell to major clients down to SME's.A true relationship builder who thrives in a busy environment.Excellent communicator with good business acumenAustralian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR).Current Australian Drivers LicenceWhat we will offer you:Excellent remuneration package - rates of pay, company vehicle or vehicle allowance, mobile and laptop and incentive.Existing industry relationships between Chubb and customers to leverage business and opportunities from major pipeline projects and tenders underway to jump onto from day one.Planning and support for progression towards any role within Chubb.Working for a global organisation which brings job stability and where you are treated like family.Great team and branch culture.Access to Chubb People Matters- an employee discount platform with access to hundreds of discounts from health, groceries, electronics and more.Apply now to see where Chubb can take your career.
