2026 is an exciting time in the evolution of Nanga Bush Camp as we expand our administrative team to strengthen our online presence and marketing strategy. Based in our West Perth office, this role reports to the Director and requires a commitment to produce results and outcomes that align with expectations, whilst demonstrating an ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with our site based team.
Most importantly, you will be our digital guru—bringing the Nanga Bush Camp brand to life online and showcasing the adventure, nature, memories and community we have to offer.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that showcases accommodation, experiences, nature, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
* Capture and edit high-quality photography and video content (including reels, short‐form video, stories, and static posts).
* Develop creative concepts and campaigns that highlight seasonal offerings, special events, and unique guest experiences.
* Ensure all content aligns with the Nanga Bush Camp brand, tone, and visual identity.
* Manage and maintain all social media channels, ensuring content is consistent, timely, and engaging.
* Develop and implement a social media and content strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and bookings.
* Identify opportunities to grow our audience and attract new customers through organic content and storytelling.
* Collaborate with the site‐based team to capture authentic content and experiences from the camp.
* Assist with basic performance tracking and reporting (engagement, reach, growth), providing insights and recommendations.
* Work closely with Directors and the wider team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
* Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent output across platforms.
What we're looking for
* Experience working with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms is essential for this role.
* Proficiency in photo editing, video editing, and graphic design.
* Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* A commitment to meeting the objective of the role and demonstrating personal responsibility for achieving the outcomes required.
* Ability to work autonomously and provide concise and clear updates on the workflow.
* A motivated person that possesses a proactive mindset and solution‐focused approach.
* A minimum commitment of 3 days per week, with opportunities for either part‐time or casual.
