We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Wellbeing/Lifestyle Assistant to join our team and help deliver enriching activities that support the individual wellbeing and lifestyle needs of our residents.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver engaging lifestyle and wellbeing programs
Provide personalised one-on-one support to residents
Assist in reviewing and evaluating wellbeing care plans and assessments
Ensure a high-quality experience for all stakeholders
Collaborate with clinical staff to meet residents' holistic wellbeing needs
Things that matter to us
Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or
Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
NDIS Check
