As our Substation Project Manager, you will oversee the coordination and management of project field activities to ensure timely delivery and meet client expectations.
* Lead and manage construction activities within a zone substation, prioritizing safety and risk mitigation.
* Oversee day-to-day construction work, resource allocation, and procurement activities to achieve project milestones.
* Manage field resources in line with project organization structure, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication among stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, external contractors, and clients to foster trust and mutual understanding.
* Ensure high-quality deliverables through coordinated efforts with subcontractors and rigorous quality control measures.
* Provide informed input on project forecasting, including resource requirements and financial implications.
* Collaborate with Estimators and Project Managers to scope, bid, and estimate costs, as well as develop construction schedules.

With over a decade of experience in substation construction and electrical distribution, you possess a deep understanding of complex project delivery.

You have developed strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the Victorian electrical market, showcasing your ability to build lasting connections and communicate effectively.

Develop detailed documentation and maintain meticulous records using SAP and MS Office, ensuring streamlined coordination throughout multiple project phases.
