Speech Pathologist – Shape the Future of Disability Services South West Allied Therapies (SWAT) – Eaton/Bunbury, WA | Permanent | Full-time or Part-time (38 hrs/week)

The Role
We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our transdisciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, educators, psychologist, and allied health assistants. You’ll work across homes, schools, workplaces, daycares, and our SWAT spaces—including our Living Skills House.
Your caseload will be varied and exciting, with opportunities to:
Support AAC users and complex communication needs
Work in paediatric feeding and dysphagia
Develop phonological awareness and intelligibility
Build social communication skills
You’ll also contribute to service development and quality improvement; and if you’re experienced, you can mentor others and lead in your areas of strength.
What We’re Looking For
Clinical knowledge in AAC and complex communication needs
Experience with dysphagia and mealtime management
Ability to innovate and adapt service models using evidence-based practice
Skills in training, mentoring, and supporting team members and students
Degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership
WA driver’s licence
Postgraduate qualifications and 3–5 years’ clinical experience (desirable)
