Role: Comforts Fund Volunteer
Responsibilities
* Meet and greet patients and visitors in a warm, friendly manner.
* Ensure the shop front is kept tidy and free of obstacles which may cause injury to patients, clients, or staff.
* Assist customers with queries.
* Communicate positively with other staff and volunteers.
* Reconcile the registers and close the Gift Shop at the end of the day shift.
* Ensure displays are neatly presented and fully stocked at all times.
* Follow policies and procedures set in place by WA Country Health.
