Why this role matters
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of electrical design for complex, multi‐disciplinary projects. You'll lead small to medium‐sized projects, mentor others, and build strong client relationships – all while helping shape the future of our Building Services team.
What you'll do
* Lead with expertise: Drive electrical design for projects across sectors like data centres, healthcare, rail, as well as high‐rise residential, aviation, and tertiary education.
* Own the delivery: Manage timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure exceptional outcomes.
* Be the connector: Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders, and uncover new opportunities.
* Shape the future: Contribute to strategic growth and innovation within our business unit.
What you bring
* A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
* 6–10+ years' experience in building services projects (consulting environment preferred).
* Proven ability to juggle multiple projects across diverse sectors.
* Strong client management and project leadership skills.
* Solid knowledge of Australian Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC).
