About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager to join our high-performing team on a full-time basis, covering the Geelong & Bellarine Peninsula area. The Territory Manager will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.
What your day looks like:
* Leading and mentoring a team of 3 direct reports
* Liaising & negotiating with key decision makers in stores
* Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
* Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
* Contributing effectively as a member of the VIC field team
* Effective management of your POS & Merchandiser budget
