Join a privately held property investment group with a diversified portfolio spanning office, industrial, and development assets. We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a property or funds management background to support both the corporate entities and several real estate investment funds.
This is a hands‐on role focused on financial reporting, debt management, portfolio analysis, and business partnering. Reporting to the GM Finance, you will gain exposure across all aspects of the business while working within a high‐performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with executive, asset management, development, and transactions teams on financial performance and analysis
* Support acquisitions and divestments from a financial reporting and analysis perspective
* Prepare quarterly financial reporting packs including reconciliations and variance analysis
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
* Manage cash flow, working capital, and support optimisation of investment returns
* Prepare and monitor financial and debt metrics, including lender compliance reporting
* Oversee audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
* Manage monthly payroll
* Support the business with ad hoc financial and operational initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Proven finance experience within property investment, real estate, or funds management
* Experience with debt management and compliance reporting
* Strong technical expertise in financial reporting and analysis
* Experience with Business Central, MRI or Continia will be considered as highly advantageous
