In the Cadetship program, you'll have the chance to join one of our teams within UBS. You'll continue working toward your university degree while getting the opportunity to be a real member of our team. You'll work alongside our experts, gaining insights into the industry, our clients, our firm, and a specific area of interest. You'll also develop new skills and expand your network.
Qualifications
* Current Year 12 students who show an interest in banking and financial services.
* Maintain consistent academic effort and achievement at school.
* Predicted to achieve an ATAR of 85+.
* Can analyze a problem, take a view, and come to a decision.
* Communicate confidently.
* Demonstrate drive and resilience.
* Are team players.
* Have work experience (paid or unpaid).
* Demonstrate accountability and integrity.
* Have curiosity and a desire to thrive in a dynamic business.
