Your role and responsibilities
The FSM is responsible for creating a localized execution plan for the PRA On Premise strategy and aligning the team's vision and focus on delivering the plan. Communicating progress and success against the plan to internal stakeholders is important. The FSM will build and maintain relationships with key decision makers/partners, coach and develop a motivated group of Account Managers, initiate and support business development initiatives, and be seen as a leader for On Premise with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and influence the team to achieve trading objectives, activation and revenue targets
* Ensure achievement of key metrics – revenue, distribution, activation, customer coverage/frequency – by each individual and state target
* Develop strong relationships with key customers' management teams and wholesaler leadership
* Foster a culture of teamwork, conviviality and entrepreneurship to improve business effectiveness and commitment to results
* Achieve agreed net sales revenue and volume growth targets
Required qualifications and attributes
* Accomplished sales background within liquor industry, particularly in on-premise channel
* Previous experience as a Sales Manager leading a team
* Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
* Strong commercial awareness with a drive to meet targets
* Flexibility to travel interstate and attend key events as a company representative
* A team-first approach
