Permanent Part-Time Opportunity for Registered or Enrolled Nurses

As a member of our team, you will work in a predictable environment with minimal hospital pressure. You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
* Greet and assess potential donors to ensure they are eligible to donate blood products.
* Provide clinical guidance and oversight to ensure the safe collection of blood and plasma.
* Perform routine tests such as blood pressure and haemoglobin checks.
* Set up and operate equipment used in the blood collection process.
* Insert and remove needles safely to collect whole blood and plasma.
* Manage any adverse reactions by providing first aid and physical assistance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
* A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* The ability to work a varied roster including weekends and afternoon shifts.
* Flexible access to own vehicle and driver's licence.
